    A short written plan: features prioritised, work estimated, timeline committed, costs visible. You read it. You decide.

  3. We build.

    Specialised lanes run in parallel — design, implementation, integration, review. Progress is visible: commits, deploys, demos. We hand you a working product.

    Code, infrastructure, designs, the method's outputs. No lock-in, no retainer trap, no proprietary tooling you can't take elsewhere.

MyBotandAI is founded and led by José Nuno, based in Brussels. His career in technology consulting and professional services — implementing and supporting business systems for clients across industries — shaped a perspective on what production-grade software actually demands.

Over the past two years he has been developing the method that powers MyBotandAI: a system for orchestrating an AI-augmented workforce inside a disciplined project structure. GoMingle is the first production-grade proof of practice — designed, built, and now maintained inside the operation.

The operation takes on a handful of bespoke engagements each year. The cadence is deliberate: small enough that the founder remains close to every project, large enough to bring the full method to bear.
